We’re currently all in uncharted waters and have to deal with the current climate in the best manner possible and I’m sure you’ll understand our reasoning behind this need to eliminate the risk to our staff.
But also we feel a sense of responsibility in working to reduce the operational requirements with agency labour whilst giving them the ability to deploy into other key areas. We’re also then able to ensure we keep collections going for our collective customers.
Conclusion
If you or your clients cannot or do not want to change the Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) mix then we will have to collect as General Waste AND charge accordingly for this.
