Cameron Murdoch, Technical Director of Ellgia, said: “We chose the Tana Shark as we were impressed by its versatility; it is capable of shredding a wide range of materials and gives us excellent control over the particle size.
“We are investing significantly at our Scunthorpe site, formerly Bell Waste Control, to develop our waste processing capability. This latest addition to our plant is part of a series of investments we’re making in the coming year which will allow us to improve our recycling rates; give us waste disposal flexibility and send as little as possible to landfill.”
